1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the 365game platform — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect the moment you complete the registration process or, where applicable, when you begin using any feature of the platform without registering.

These terms apply to all users of365game, including visitors, registered players and VIP members. They cover all products and services available on the platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Casino games and any other features 365game may introduce over time.

365game reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2Eligibility

To register and use 365game, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on365game or any platform operated by us.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a representative of a legal entity.

365game is strictly a platform for adults. We conduct age verification during the registration and first withdrawal process. If at any point it is determined that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned through the original payment method where possible.

We also reserve the right to decline registration or close an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on 365game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, up-to-date personal information including your full name, mobile number and date of birth. This information must match your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — your username and password — confidential. Do not share your account access with anyone else. 365game cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

365game may require identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any stage, including but not limited to your first withdrawal request. Verification typically requires submission of your CNIC details. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is completed satisfactorily.

4Deposits & Payments

365game accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) only. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Rast instant payment system
• Bank Transfer (selected domestic banks)

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be flaged for review. Any deposit made from an account that does not belong to the registered365game player may be reversed.

Deposits are typically credited to your 365game account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. If a deposit has not appeared in your account after 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

365game does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control and are the player's responsibility.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered payment account.

Processing Times

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically 1–3 hours from approval
• Raast: near-instant once approved
• Bank Transfer: 1–2 business days from approval

Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold for your chosen method (PKR 500 for JazzCash/Easypaisa, PKR 1,000 for Raast, PKR 2,000 for bank transfer).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully met before the relevant portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in your own name.

365game does not charge any withdrawal fees. The PKR amount you request is the amount that will be sent to your account. Processing delays beyond the stated windows are rare but can occur during peak periods such as major PSL matches. If your withdrawal is delayed, contact support for a status update.

6Bonuses & Promotions

365game offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement, which means you need to bet the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount) a specified number of times before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement will always be clearly displayed when you claim a bonus.

Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another player.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• Using a bonus in conjunction with strategies designed to exploit promotional terms (commonly referred to as bonus abuse) is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• 365game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.
• If a bonus is awarded in error, 365game reserves the right to cancel it and remove any winnings generated by it.

7Sports Betting Rules

The Sports Betting section of 365game covers a wide range of markets including Cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series), Football and Esports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by365game. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where we suspect a betting pattern that is inconsistent with legitimate recreational betting, or where a bet is placed on an event with an error in the listed odds.

Odds and Results

Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet slip reference number issued, the odds are locked in for that bet. Settlement of bets is based on official results as published by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a dispute, 365game's decision is final.

Live Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted during the event subject to availability. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, including during critical moments of a match. Any bets placed after an event has concluded — due to a delay in the system or any other reason — will be voided and the stake returned.

• Abandoned matches: bets will generally be voided unless the result has already been determined for the market in question.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Multi-bet (accumulator) selections are subject to all the individual event rules listed above.

8Casino & Slots

All Casino, Live Casino and Slots games available on 365game are provided by third-party game suppliers. The rules, payout percentages and game mechanics for each title are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

365game does not manipulate the outcome of any casino game. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealing with real cards and equipment broadcast via live stream.

Malfunctions in a game — such as a technical error that interrupts a spin or round — will result in the relevant round being voided and stakes returned. This applies to both Slots and Live Casino games. If you experience a game error, take a screenshot and contact support immediately.

9Responsible Gaming

365game is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide tools help players manage their gaming activity, and we encourage all players to use them proactively rather than reactively.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap from your account settings.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been actively gaming for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing if you need a break.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts to remind you of time spent during gaming sessions.

Gaming should always remain a form of entertainment. Never use funds allocated for essential expenses — rent, food, utilities, family obligations — for gambling purposes. If you feel your gaming is becoming difficult to control, please use the self-exclusion option or contact our support team, and we will help you access the appropriate tools.

365game is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We take this requirement seriously and apply verification checks accordingly. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed.

10Account Suspension and Closure

365game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule.
• Participation in fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials.
• Abuse of bonuses or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.
• Use of bots, automated betting software, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing or any form of manipulation of betting markets.
• Underage gambling or acting on behalf of an underage person.

In cases of suspected fraud or account abuse, 365game may withold funds pending investigation. If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where no breach has been confirmed, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player through the original deposit method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting the support team. Requests will be processed within 2 business days.

11Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters to us. 365game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By agreing to these terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
